You combine advanced make up application skills with a passion for self expression to deliver a welcoming, personalised and high energy in store experience that inspires, educates and builds lasting customer relationships.

You thrive in a fast paced retail environment, confidently engaging customers through consultations, demonstrations and trend led artistry while delivering strong sales results. Working collaboratively within a high performing team, you contribute to impactful in store events, brand moments and activations, and uphold M A C's exacting standards of visual merchandising, hygiene and professionalism to ensure the store stands out as a destination for artistry and innovation.

Formal make up certification and/or previous retail artistry experience is desirable, however we also welcome passionate applicants with strong amateur artistry skills and a genuine love for the M A C brand. Qualifications

- Role Requirements

- Ability to facilitate exceptional, personalized customer service by providing tailored makeup solutions through strong consultation skills
- Achieve KPI's and sales targets through driving retail events, makeup appointments and theme days
- Leading by example with impeccable 100% M.A.C black professional, polished grooming
- Confidently wear and demonstrate diverse makeup looks
- Ensure you & your team are attending mandatory paid training sessions (virtual and in-person; travel may be required)

What We're Looking For
- The ability to provide exceptional customer service, adhere to grooming guidelines, and KPI attainment.
- Strong makeup skills (self-taught or accredited) - portfolio or examples required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to travel to other locations when required
