We're currently recruiting Machine Operators and Gantry Crane Operators for a well-established manufacturing business in the Wacol area. With day and afternoon shifts available, these are fantastic opportunities for reliable, motivated individuals looking to secure ongoing work, develop new skills and become part of a supportive team.

No previous experience in these specific roles? No problem! Full training will be provided for the right candidates.

What's on Offer

- $33–$42 per hour + penalties, depending on experience and position
- Day Shift: 5:00am–1:00pm, with overtime opportunities
- Afternoon Shift: 1:00pm–9:00pm, with occasional overtime
- Ongoing, stable employment with genuine long-term opportunities
- Full training provided with opportunities to upskill across different areas

Position 1 – Machine Operators (Day Shift)
- Operate and monitor production equipment in a busy manufacturing setting
- Learn additional production processes and equipment through on-the-job training
- Complete general labouring and material handling duties
- Assist other departments when required to keep operations running smoothly
- Maintain a strong focus on workplace safety, quality and productivity

Position 2 – Gantry Crane Operators (Afternoon Shift)
- Operate overhead gantry cranes to safely move and position materials
- Assist with loading and unloading materials




- Support warehouse and stores teams with orders and dispatch
- Supply materials to production operators to maintain workflow
- Follow safe lifting procedures and maintain an organised work environment

No previous gantry crane experience? Full training will be provided for suitable candidates.

What We're Looking For

- Reliable, punctual individuals with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Manufacturing, production or warehouse experience advantageous but not essential
- Willingness to learn, take direction and develop new skills
- Ability to work in a team and carry out physically active duties
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing
