About the role

Airnergy Electrical & Air Conditioning is a growing Gold Coast electrical and air conditioning business specialising in maintenance, fault-finding, installations and smaller projects across residential and commercial properties. We're looking for an experienced, motivated Electrician with a Certificate II in Split Air Conditioning or a Refrigeration Mechanic qualification who takes pride in their work, genuinely cares about customers and wants to be part of a team that's going places.

Key responsibilities

- Electrical maintenance, fault-finding, repairs and installations on residential and commercial properties
- Split-system and split ducted air conditioning installation, servicing and troubleshooting
- Problem-solving and completing jobs to completion
- Communicating clearly with customers and teammates
- Presenting yourself professionally and treating customers and teammates with respect
- Ensuring safety, quality workmanship and leaving every job clean and tidy

About you

- Qualified and licensed Electrician with a Certificate II in Split Air Conditioning or relevant refrigeration qualifications
- Experience in residential and commercial electrical maintenance, repairs and fault-finding
- Confidence with split-system and split ducted air conditioning installation, servicing and troubleshooting
- Transparent communicator who treats customers and teammates with respect




- Practical problem-solver who can work independently and follow procedures
- Values safety, quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a growing team
