Manager Compliance Advisory

Bring your compliance expertise to a role where you’ll have the opportunity to influence decisions, work across a broad regulatory portfolio and partner with stakeholders throughout Rabobank. We’re looking for an experienced Compliance Manager, Advisory to provide practical, commercially focused compliance advice and subject matter expertise across the business.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll advise on areas including Anti-Corruption, Treating Customers Fairly, Conduct & Advice, Market Abuse, Conflicts of Interest, Privacy and Record Keeping.

Your role will include

- Providing compliance advice across BAU activities, escalations, initiatives and projects
- Partnering with the business to embed regulatory requirements and effective controls
- Supporting compliance breach and incident management
- Advising on conflicts of interest
- Providing input into policies, standards and regulatory change
- Supporting audit and compliance findings
- Delivering technical training and guidance
- Contributing to management and Board reporting




- Monitoring regulatory developments and industry practices
- Helping continuously strengthen Rabobank’s compliance framework and culture

What you’ll bring

- 7+ years’ experience in banking and financial services
- Previous compliance risk management or advisory experience
- Strong knowledge of the Australian and New Zealand regulatory environment
- A relevant tertiary or industry qualification
- Robust stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving capability
- Sound commercial judgement and the ability to turn complex requirements into practical advice
- A collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused mindset
