TCorp is looking for an experienced Manager / Senior Manager, Local Government Services to support the borrowing needs of councils across NSW.

In this senior, client facing role, you’ll manage end-to-end loan facilitation across a portfolio of local councils, from onboarding and credit analysis through to loan origination and ongoing portfolio oversight. You’ll build trusted relationships with senior council executives and partner with teams across TCorp to deliver client outcomes.

What you’ll do

- Own a meaningful client portfolio, managing the lending journey for local councils across NSW from onboarding and credit assessment through to origination and ongoing portfolio management.
- Grow your senior stakeholder exposure, building trusted relationships with council executives and key government stakeholders while becoming a valued partner on complex borrowing needs.
- Broaden your lending and credit expertise, applying commercial judgement to assess opportunities, navigate risk and deliver high-quality outcomes.




- Expand your impact across TCorp, partnering with Credit Risk, Legal, Finance and Financial Markets Operations on complex lending and risk matters.
- Build your market profile, sharing financial market and economic insights with clients and representing TCorp at industry conferences and stakeholder forums.
- Shape the future of the service, coaching team members and influencing practical improvements to client experience, lending processes and policy.

We’re looking for an experienced lending and credit skilled with strong commercial judgement, stakeholder management skills and five to eight years’ experience in bank lending and credit risk assessment.

Travel across NSW is an inherent part of the role.
