ProjX Australia
Brisbane
Lead campaign delivery across Queensland’s most exciting residential developments.
ProjX is Queensland’s fastest growing specialist project marketing firm, partnering with leading developers to bring land, townhouse and apartment communities to market. Unlike traditional agencies, we manage the entire project lifecycle including pricing strategy, campaign, sales, settlement and handover under one roof. With more than $3 billion in projects scheduled to launch and national expansion underway, we’re entering our next stage of growth.
That pipeline is why this role exists. We’re appointing a Project Marketing Manager at our Brisbane head office to own campaign delivery across a growing portfolio of developments, and to run the working relationship between our Project teams and StudioX, our in-house creative agency.
This is a senior role that stays hands-on. You’ll set the plan, make the calls and hold the standard and you’ll also be the one writing the brief, chasing the approval and checking the signage proof when that’s what the launch needs. It suits someone who has run several residential campaigns at once, end to end, and still enjoys doing the work as much as directing it.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll own campaign delivery for every live project in your portfolio, from strategy through launch and into sales, and be accountable for each one landing on time, on budget and to standard.
- Own the marketing plan for each assigned development, translating developer and project objectives into campaign strategy, channel mix, timelines and budget.
- Lead the working relationship between the Project teams and StudioX, setting priorities, sequence the workload across projects, and resolve conflicts before they cost a launch date.
- Write and own the creative brief, and hold the work to the brief and the brand at every review.
- Run campaign timelines, approvals and production across digital, print, social, signage, display suite and sales collateral.
- Plan and deliver project launches, display suite openings and on-site activations.
- Manage external suppliers for print, signage, media, events and display suite fit-out on scope, cost and quality.
- Own project marketing budgets: forecasting, approvals, invoices and spend against what the developer signed off.
- Report on campaign performance including enquiry volume, cost per lead, channel performance and conversion, and turn it into recommendations for the Project team and the developer client.
- Bring market, buyer and competitor insight into pricing and campaign decisions.
- Keep Monday.com campaign boards, trackers, asset libraries and CRM records accurate, and improve the processes behind them as the portfolio grows.
About you
- Substantial experience in project marketing, campaign management or marketing management, delivering across multiple concurrent projects rather than one at a time.
- Residential property experience is essential (project marketing, development, real estate or a property-focused agency).
- You’ve run a campaign end to end from brief to budget, suppliers, launch and the numbers afterwards, and can tell us what you’d do differently next time.
- A commercial mindset: you understand buyer behaviour, market trends and which channels actually drive enquiry and sales, and you can explain spend in those terms.
- The confidence to hold a line with senior stakeholders and creative teams, without needing to manage either to do it.
- Sound budget management and supplier negotiation.
- Clear, precise writing and communication, and the eye for detail that catches the error before it goes to print.
- A current Queensland driver’s licence, the ability to travel to project sites and display suites across South East Queensland.
This role is for you if…
- You’ve outgrown coordinating campaigns and want to own them, without stepping away from the detail.
- You do your best work with several projects live at once, each at a different stage.
- You’d rather be across the numbers than just the deadlines.
- You build working relationships that hold up when a deadline doesn’t.
Why ProjX
Most project marketing managers spend their week managing the gaps, briefing a creative agency across town, waiting on a media buyer, and finding out how a campaign performed from a report a month later. Here, those gaps don’t exist. Strategy, creative, sales and the developer relationship sit under one roof.
StudioX is part of the business, not a retainer. The sales team converting your enquiry works alongside you, so you’ll see the line from a campaign decision to a signed contract. With more than $3 billion in projects scheduled to launch, you’ll be taking a steady run of them to market.
You’ll be asked what you think before a decision gets made, not after it. You’ll see the numbers behind the work, so when you make a call you’re making it with the whole picture, not just your corner of it. You’ll be given something real to own, and the authority that’s supposed to come with owning it.
What that looks like in practice
- You’ll hear how finished work performed, not just whether it went out on time.
- You’ll get the commercial picture, not just the brief, including what the project has to achieve, where it’s sitting, how the money actually works.
- You’ll work on more than one product type. We work across land, apartments and townhouses and moving between them is planned rather than requested.
- Careers here move in five directions rather than one, from more scope to a different discipline, deeper specialisation, bigger clients or a broader remit across the group.
