Marketing Operations Manager | Melbourne | 3-Month Contract | ASAP Start

We're looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join a well-established organisation based in Melbourne on an initial 3-month contract, commencing ASAP.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, commercially minded marketing operations professional who thrives on bringing structure, efficiency and clarity to a busy marketing function.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you'll play a key role in keeping marketing operations running smoothly, managing workflows, overseeing budgets and reporting, and driving process improvements across the team.

What you'll be doing

- Overseeing marketing workflows, project timelines and resource allocation.
- Managing marketing budgets, forecasting, purchase orders and reporting.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve team efficiency.
- Coordinating external suppliers, agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Supporting marketing governance, risk and compliance requirements.
- Improving operational reporting, systems and ways of working.




- Partnering with Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Legal and Risk teams.

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in marketing operations, marketing project management or a similar operational role.
- Robust background in managing workflows, budgets, reporting and suppliers.
- Candidates who have worked in similar corporate or highly regulated environments will be strongly preferred, particularly those with experience in financial services, banking, insurance or superannuation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and organisational skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Someone who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.
