About the role The Brand and Communications Specialist is responsible for leading Bakery Combinations Australia's strategic brand transformation and developing an integrated marketing and communications framework that supports the company's next stage of growth. The position leads the repositioning and rebranding of BCA across its physical and digital presence and pioneers the integration of Salesforce into BCA's sales, service, marketing and customer engagement functions. By connecting brand strategy, customer insights, sales processes and digital systems, the role strengthens BCA's market positioning, customer experience and commercial decision-making.

Key responsibilities

- Lead the strategic repositioning and rebranding of BCA, including the development of its refreshed brand identity, market positioning, messaging architecture, tone of voice and visual standards.

- Translate BCA's business strategy, technical capabilities and customer value proposition into a differentiated brand platform suitable for its specialist industrial and commercial market.

- Develop and implement the company-wide brand transition plan across digital platforms, sales materials, customer communications, signage, exhibitions and other customer touchpoints.

- Establish scalable brand governance frameworks, templates and guidelines to ensure consistent application across BCA's business functions.

- Manage BCA's social media presence, including content planning, creation, publishing and performance reporting.

- Develop content for the website and other digital channels, including testimonials, success stories, blogs, product updates and company news.

- Pioneer the integration of Salesforce into BCA's marketing, communications and customer engagement activities, establishing how the platform will support lead management,



customer segmentation, campaign planning and commercial reporting.

- Monitor, evaluate and report on marketing activity, digital performance and campaign outcomes, with recommendations for improvement.

- Work collaboratively with Sales, Service, Projects, Logistics, Engineering and other teams to ensure marketing supports broader business objectives.

- Lead the marketing workstream of the Salesforce implementation, including requirements gathering, process mapping, testing, user documentation, internal communication and adoption.

About you

- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, Commerce or a related discipline.

- Relevant commercial experience in marketing, brand management/transformation, communications or a related field.

- Experience marketing technical, specialised or business-to-business products and translating complex information into accessible customer communications.

- Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels.

- Experience managing digital marketing and social media, including content development and performance reporting.

- Experience integrating CRM technology, preferably Salesforce, with marketing strategy, customer communications and sales processes.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, and moderate skills in a second language (preferably French, German, Spanish, Dutch or Italian).

- Solid understanding of marketing principles, brand management and customer engagement.

- Strong analytical capability, with the ability to derive practical marketing and commercial insights from customer, campaign and sales data.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
