Role Description This is a part-time, hybrid Media Buyer role based in Maadi, QLD, with flexibility for some work from home.

The Media

Buyer will plan, negotiate, and purchase media across digital and traditional channels to support client campaigns. Daily responsibilities include analyzing performance data, optimizing media placements, and aligning buys with overall media strategies and client goals. The role involves collaborating with account managers, strategists, and creatives to ensure campaigns are on-brand, cost-effective, and deliver strong results.

The Media

Buyer will also prepare reports, monitor budgets,



and communicate recommendations to internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Media Planning and Media Strategy to develop effective, results-oriented campaigns.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret performance data and optimize media investments.
- Candidates should possess Media Buying experience to negotiate, purchase, and manage placements across relevant channels.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, programmatic tools) is highly beneficial.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a hybrid workplace.
- Familiarity with performance metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and budget management is an advantage.
- Relevant education in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
