About The Role

As a Medical Imaging Booking Agent, you'll be one of the first points of contact for patients accessing our services. You'll play an key role in helping patients navigate their imaging appointments, providing clear information and ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout the booking process.

We have multiple permanent, full-time opportunities available within our Inbound Customer Service team at our Clayfield Contact Centre.

- Hours: Monday to Friday, within our core operating hours of 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- Location: Clayfield, with free street parking and convenient access to public transport.
- Training: Comprehensive onboarding and dedicated support to help you build confidence in the role.

The commencement date for these positions will be 26th October 2026.

What you'll be doing

- Schedule medical imaging appointments accurately and efficiently, matching patient needs with available appointment times.
- Guide patients through their appointment requirements, including preparation instructions,



arrival times and estimated costs.
- Respond to patient enquiries with professionalism, patience and clear communication.
- Work collaboratively with our clinics, Radiologists and internal teams to support effective scheduling and a smooth patient journey.
- Maintain accurate patient information and help coordinate the transfer of relevant pathology and imaging history.
- Contribute to a positive patient experience through reliable service and attention to detail.

What we're looking for

- Passionate about customer service, with empathy, care, and compassion at the core of everything you do.
- A strong communicator who can confidently interact with patients, referrers, and colleagues.
- Tech savvy, with the ability to navigate multiple systems accurately.
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure.
- Previous contact centre or healthcare experience is desirable but not essential.
