You will be an addition to our already set Super Stars. Do you have what it takes to thrive in the fast paced healthcare setting? We are O'Shea Medical Centre a well-established bulk billing practice with an exceptional team of 15 doctors, supported by a team of professional and caring nurses, receptionists and allied health providers in a large, modern facility.

The role will require you to perform general reception duties including but not limited to :

Appointment management using Best Practice

Patient interaction, billing and receipting

Incoming phone calls and enquiries

Liaising with GP's and other health professionals

Database management, scanning and allocating of documents

Providing a high level of patient service at all times
