About The Role

This isn’t just a front desk job — and it’s not just “customer service” either. You’ll be the warm, welcoming face our members see when they walk through the door, and the caring guide who helps them feel supported on their health journey. Think: personal trainer heart receptionist warmth.

You’ll greet people like they’re walking into their second home. You’ll notice when someone hasn’t been in for a while. You’ll celebrate their wins — big and small — and you’ll gently encourage them when life gets in the way. What matters most is that you show up for our members. That’s exactly what this role is all about.

What You’ll Do

- Welcome every member with a genuine smile and make them feel seen from the moment they step inside
- Manage enquiries, bookings and admin smoothly — keeping our club running friendly and organised behind the scenes
- Check in on people — ask how their week is going, remember their name, and be the friendly constant in their fitness routine
- Deliver personal training sessions — supporting our members to move safely and confidently
- Guide and connect members — help them feel comfortable, answer questions, and point them in the right direction
- Create a space that feels good to be in — tidy, welcoming, and full of positive energy
- Celebrate milestones — birthdays, first visits,

Who You Are
- Kind, warm and naturally caring — you genuinely love people
- Great at listening and making others feel heard
- Organised and confident at the front desk — computers, phones and paperwork don’t scare you
- Comfortable guiding others in movement and happy to step in and lead sessions
- Reliable, calm under pressure, and happy to be a team player
- Interested in health and fitness — your positive attitude is what matters most

Qualifications & Requirements
- A current PT qualification is required to run personal training sessions
- The successful applicant will be required to run personal training sessions so a PT qualification is highly desirable
