Genesis Health & Fitness is seeking a driven and energetic Membership Consultant to join our growing team at Bull Creek.

The Role

As a Membership Consultant, you’ll be responsible for generating leads, conducting club tours, following up enquiries, and helping prospective members find the right solution to achieve their goals. You’ll play a key role in creating an energetic and welcoming atmosphere within the club while contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generating new leads through community outreach and internal referrals.
- Conducting enthusiastic club tours and presenting membership options.
- Following up on digital and phone enquiries in a timely, skilled manner.




- Providing exceptional customer service at the front desk to support member retention.

- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, and Saturdays.
