About us Summit Tech is a Sydney agency that builds custom websites and runs organic and paid marketing for Australian businesses. We're a small, growing team, and paid media is a big part of where we're heading.

About the role

You'll own Meta ads at Summit Tech. You'll run Facebook and Instagram campaigns for our clients, design the ads yourself, and be a main point of contact for clients on results. This role has a direct path to Head of Paid Media as we grow.

What you'll do

- Plan, build, run and optimise Meta ad campaigns across client accounts
- Design ad creative using graphic design and AI design tools
- Test new hooks, angles and formats every week
- Review client websites and landing pages, and suggest fixes that improve conversions
- Set up and check tracking (Meta Pixel and Conversions API)
- Report on results and explain them clearly to clients on calls and in writing

What we're looking for
- 2+ years managing Meta ads, with results you can show




- Graphic design skills and a portfolio of ads you've made
- Experience with AI design tools (e.g. Midjourney, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT)
- A good understanding of websites: landing pages, user experience, and what makes a page convert
- Client-facing experience: you're comfortable running calls and managing client expectations
- Great, clear communication skills, written and spoken
- You take ownership and don't need to be chased
- Full working rights in Australia

Bonus points
- Google Ads or TikTok Ads experience
- Basic video editing skills
- Agency experience

Where this role goes This is a part-time role with a explicit path to Head of Paid Media at Summit Tech. As our paid media offer grows, your hours, responsibilities and pay grow with it.
