Due to the expansion of the business, there is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced designer to join our team in Brunswick East Victoria. This is an individual-contributor role - with strong, senior-level design skills who can take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery with minimal supervision.

What You'll Do

- Design a wide range of visual assets, including branding materials, marketing collateral, digital and print content, and campaign visuals
- Translate briefs and concepts into polished, on-brand designs
- Work closely with the creative director across all design projects and adhere to strict timelines set by the studio coordinator
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams
- Provide creative input and design solutions
- Ensure design consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints
- Present and explain design concepts clearly to the creative director and design team members

What We're Looking For





- 3 to 5 years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects (branding, print publication, digital campaign, website) and highlighting problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Figma is a plus)
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of your design workflow (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Claude) for ideation, concept exploration and production efficiencies, with sound judgement around originality, brand consistency and copyright
- Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with development teams.
- Strong sense of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to design quality

Nice to Have

- Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing
- Familiarity with branding and identity design projects
- Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-cultural team environment
