The role

We are seeking a full time Operations Manager to coordinate and quality-assure our subcontracted cleaning and facility services teams across all client sites. This is a hands-on management role with full accountability for service delivery, compliance and client relationships.

Salary: AUD $95,000 per annum plus superannuation.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate and schedule subcontracted cleaning teams across 15 client sites, ensuring each site is serviced to contract specification
- Conduct site quality audits and manage corrective actions through to close-out
- Maintain compliance with our ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems across all sites, including documentation, records and internal audit support
- Manage work health and safety obligations on site, including inductions, SWMS, incident reporting and investigation
- Act as the primary operational contact for client site managers, handling service requests,



complaints and periodic service reviews
- Oversee onboarding, briefing and performance of subcontracted teams against contract and compliance requirements
- Manage consumables, equipment and chemical inventory across sites
- Prepare operational reporting for management, including service performance and compliance status
- Support contract variations, scope changes and new site mobilisations

About you

- Demonstrated experience in an operations, area or contract management role in commercial cleaning, facility services or a related industry
- Experience coordinating distributed or subcontracted workforces across multiple sites
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems
- Sound understanding of Australian work health and safety obligations in a multi-site service environment
- Strong client-facing communication skills, written and verbal
- Competent with scheduling, reporting and office software
- Current Australian driver's licence and own vehicle
- Available to work full time, including occasional out-of-hours site attendance
