Sonoma is seeking a National Business Manager to lead growth across the frozen product category. Working closely with the Head of Sales, you’ll take ownership of major customer partnerships and help build the commercial capability to support Sonoma’s next phase of growth.This is an opportunity to create lasting commercial value, not simply manage a set of accounts.

THE ROLE

- Lead and develop national frozen category partnerships.
- Create customer plans that grow range, distribution, category performance and profitable sales.
- Connect customer priorities with operations and supply chain to deliver outstanding, reliable service.
- Partner with Sonoma’s territory management team to grow frozen sales across the hospitality channel.




- Bring market insight, commercial judgement and practical solutions to the next stage of the frozen business.

THE PERSON

You’ll bring experience as a Senior National Account Manager or National Business Manager in food, bakery, foodservice or a related fresh or frozen category. You understand partnering with major retailers, category development and the commercial realities of wholesale and distributor partnerships. You can influence people you don’t directly manage and earn trust through clear thinking and action.
