About the Role: As an NDIS Support Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in helping participants navigate their NDIS plans and achieve their goals. You will:

- Provide guidance and expertise: Support clients to understand their plan, connect with providers, and make informed decisions.
- Build strong relationships: Work closely with participants, their families, carers, and service providers to coordinate supports effectively.
- Empower Clients: Help clients develop skills and confidence to self-manage their NDIS plans over time.
- Problem-solve creatively: Support clients to overcome barriers, resolve issues,



and access opportunities to improve their quality of life.
- Tailor your approach: Each participant is unique – you’ll match your support to their needs, preferences, and goals.

This is an Independent Contractor role, so you will manage your own tax, expenses, computer, and phone.

Skills and Experience

- Minimum of 1 year experience working as a Support Coordinator
- The ability to bring ingenuity and creativity to solving problems
- The drive to self-motivate and push yourself to deliver for your clients

Requirements

- 100 Points of identification
- Valid Driver's License and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Full Australian working rights
- Australian Business Number (ABN)
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children’s Check
- Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance
