About the role

Clarence Village Ltd is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Night Shift Personal Carer to join our Aged Care team in Grafton, NSW. As a part-time Night Shift Personal Carer, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents during the overnight hours. What you'll be doing

- Assisting residents where needed with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Monitoring residents' health and well-being, and reporting any concerns to the nursing staff
- Providing a calm and reassuring presence during the night shift, ensuring residents' comfort and safety
- Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe and compliant care environment
- Collaborating with the nursing team and other care staff to deliver a coordinated and holistic approach to resident care

What we're looking for

- Relevant experience in aged care or a similar care setting.
- A genuine passion for caring for the elderly and a commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, their families, and the care team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills,



with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- A current Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification
- A valid National Police Check
