Key Responsibilities In this leadership role, you will oversee day-to-day operations and lead our passionate team:

- Operational Management: Oversee daily administrative and financial operations, including fee processing, account statements, and funding requests.
- Compliance & Records: Ensure full adherence to national quality standards, manage educator-to-child ratios, and maintain precise centre records.
- Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and inspire a cohesive team of educators to maintain high-quality pedagogy and care.
- Community Engagement: Foster inclusive, meaningful partnerships with families from diverse multicultural backgrounds.
- Platform Management: Utilize operational platforms (Kidsoft and Storypark) to maintain seamless centre communication and documentation.

Key Requirements

- Formal Qualification: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- Certifications & Checks:




- Valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificates.
- Child Protection Training Certificate.
- Safe Sleep Training Certificate.
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (Highly Desirable).
- Technical & Interpersonal Skills:
- Proven leadership experience in an ECEC setting.
- Practical proficiency in Kidsoft and Storypark.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong connections within a multicultural community.

Pay: $105,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Centre Director Management: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:
