About the Company

Our client is an exciting emerging tech company in the Sydney CBD. The team is small but growing rapid, with big plans and an energetic, collaborative culture. They’re looking for an Office Coordinator who will keep the office running beautifully, work alongside the EA to the MD, and gain real, hands on HR experience along the way. Whether you’re after part time or full time hours, they’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. In a small team, your work will be seen and valued. You’ll be the go to person in the office, a right hand to the EA supporting the Managing Director, and a key part of the people side of a business that’s on the move. You’ll:

- Keep the office humming, from supplies and facilities to greeting visitors
- Work closely with the EA to the MD, helping with diaries, meetings, and admin
- Step in to support the MD when the EA is away
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters and other HR documents
- Look after employee records and keep everything up to date




- Help new starters feel welcome as the team grows
- Lend a hand with recruitment, scheduling interviews and supporting the hiring process
- Help shape the culture through team events and office initiatives

About You

You’re organised, warm and someone people trust. You might already have some HR exposure, be studying HR, or simply know it’s where you want your career to go. You’ll bring:

- Experience in office coordination, administration or reception
- A real passion for HR and people
- Confidence working with senior leaders
- Great attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information
- Confidence with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- A positive, can do attitude and the energy to thrive in a growing business
