Ray White Paddington is looking for a motivated and organised Office Cadet to join our team. This is a outstanding opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the real estate industry, develop new skills and learn how a busy real estate office operates.

Working alongside our sales, property management and administration teams, you’ll provide general office support, assist with day-to-day tasks and build a strong foundation for a future career in real estate.

Key responsibilities

- Provide general administrative support across the sales, property management and office operations teams
- Maintain accurate records and update property and contact databases
- Assist with open homes, property viewings and inspections
- Prepare documents, correspondence and marketing materials
- Assist the sales and property management teams with day-to-day tasks
- Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries professionally
- Support the coordination of daily office operations and help maintain an organised workplace




- Follow established procedures and develop a sound understanding of office systems and processes

About you

- Organised, reliable and eager to learn
- Friendly and confident communicating with people
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to help
- Good attention to detail and basic computer skills
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Interested in building a career in real estate

Previous real estate experience is not essential, but is preferable. We’re looking for the right attitude, initiative and a willingness to learn.
