About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and commercially minded O&M; Asset Engineer to join our growing Asset Management team.

Based in office in Goondiwindi, Queensland, you will act as the owner's representative, overseeing the operation and maintenance of a utility-scale solar farm. Working closely with service providers and internal stakeholders, you will ensure the asset is operating safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contractual obligations while identifying opportunities to maximise performance and revenue.

This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to both operational asset management and a growing pipeline of future renewable energy projects, including solar and energy storage developments.

Key Responsibilities✅ Monitor O&M; contractor performance and contractual compliance

✅ Analyse plant performance, availability, and energy production

✅ Identify opportunities to improve asset performance and maximise revenue





✅ Review maintenance activities, technical reports, and operational data

✅ Support safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance initiatives

✅ Review contractor claims, variations, and operational costs

✅ Assist with commissioning and integration of future renewable energy projects

About You

- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in renewable energy, power generation, utilities, or asset management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with solar PV assets, SCADA systems, or performance analysis is highly regarded
- Knowledge of contractor management, asset performance monitoring, and safety systems
- Comfortable working in a regional, site-based environment
