Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support end-to-end international air and sea freight operations.

- Coordinate air and ocean freight bookings, scheduling, and shipment documentations.

- Prepare invoicing and handle shipment billing requirements.

- Address client enquiries, feedback, complaints and update shipments accordingly.

- Liaise with shipping lines, overseas agents, transport providers, and custom brokers.

What We're Looking For

- 1 year experience in sea & air freight operations

- CargoWise Experience
