We’re looking for a sharp, driven, and highly professional customer centric Operations & Sales Coordinator to join our team full-time in-office in Sydney!

Location: Sydney, NSW (100% In-Office, Monday – Friday)

Schedule: Full-Time + Weekend On-Call Support for active transport drivers/jobs

Industry: Transport, Freight & Moving Logistics

What You’ll Be Doing:

Proactive Sales & Growth:

Actively chasing leads, making outbound calls, knocking on doors, connecting with potential business partners, and driving new revenue (no sitting around waiting for orders!).

NON NEGOTIABLE Customer Experience: Being the professional, polite, and reassuring face/voice of our business on every call and interaction.

Operations & Dispatch: Managing job calendars, customer move-out schedules, and 7-day delivery windows

.Driver Coordination: Working directly with drivers on the road to keep jobs running seamlessly.

Management Collaboration: Working closely alongside Management to report on sales performance, operations,



and business goals with full transparency and professionalism.

As Required During Peak Periods: Weekend Support: Staying on-call over weekends to support active drivers on the road and manage urgent customer inquiries.

What We’re Looking For:

Sales-Driven Mindset: A hungry, proactive attitude, be able to make cold or warm calls, , build relationships, and close deals when required

Uncompromising Professionalism: A warm, respectful, and composed phone and face-to-face manner at all times

In-Office Commitment: Full time presence in our Sydney office (no remote work).

Transport/Logistics Experience: Background in moving, freight, dispatch, or logistics admin is a big advantage.

Detail-Oriented & Organised: Sharp attention to detail with schedules, job requirements, and customer files.

On-Call Availability: Willingness to handle driver support and urgent job calls over the weekend when requested

Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
