Royal Dental Care is a growing, patient-focused dental group with seven modern practices across Sydney.

We are seeking an experienced, confident and passionate Oral Health Therapist (OHT) to join our clinical team across our Fairfield, Parramatta and Liverpool practices.

This is an excellent chance to work with an established patient base in a supportive and collaborative environment alongside experienced dentists, dental assistants and practice managers.

Arabic-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as we serve a diverse patient community. Arabic language skills are preferred but not essential.

About the Role

As an Oral Health Therapist, you will deliver high-quality preventive, periodontal and restorative dental care within your professional scope of practice, while helping patients achieve excellent long-term oral health outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include

- Conducting comprehensive oral health examinations and risk assessments.
- Providing professional hygiene treatments, scaling and periodontal maintenance.
- Delivering preventive treatments, including fluoride applications and fissure sealants.
- Diagnosing and managing periodontal conditions within your scope of practice.
- Performing restorative treatments within your qualifications and scope of practice.
- Educating patients on oral hygiene, preventive care and ongoing dental maintenance.




- Developing personalised treatment plans and communicating recommendations clearly.
- Maintaining accurate clinical records, treatment notes and patient documentation.
- Collaborating effectively with dentists, dental assistants and practice management teams.
- Maintaining high standards of infection control, patient safety and professional conduct.

About You We are looking for a motivated and reliable clinician who has:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Oral Health Therapy or an equivalent recognised qualification.
- Current AHPRA registration as an Oral Health Therapist (essential).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as an OHT (required).
- Strong clinical skills in preventive, periodontal and restorative dentistry within their scope.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, caring and patient-focused approach.
- Confidence working independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Availability to work both weekdays and weekends (required).
- Flexibility to provide services across Fairfield, Parramatta and Liverpool.
- Arabic language skills are highly regarded but not essential.
