Role Description The Part-time Warehouse & Online Dispatch Coordinator will manage daily warehouse operations and order dispatch processes to support smooth e-commerce and retail activities. This on-site role, located in Rosebery, NSW, involves receiving, organising, and stocktaking inventory; preparing and packing online orders; printing and labeling shipping documentation; and coordinating dispatch timelines with carriers. The coordinator will update order and stock information in relevant systems, resolve dispatch issues, and communicate with customer service and retail teams to ensure accurate, timely deliveries.

The position also includes maintaining a clean, safe warehouse environment,



assisting with returns processing, and supporting peak trading periods. This is a full-time on-site role that requires reliability, attention to detail, and a practical, hands-on approach to daily tasks.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Dispatching skills, including coordinating orders, managing shipping schedules, and liaising with couriers.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with internal teams and respond professionally to customer inquiries or issues.
- Candidates should possess Skilled Multi-tasker capabilities and organisational skills to handle multiple orders, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates should possess accurate Data Entry abilities and basic computer literacy for updating order information, inventory records, and shipping details.
- Previous experience in warehousing, retail operations, or e-commerce fulfilment is highly beneficial.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including lifting, packing, and moving stock.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality and accuracy in all dispatch activities.
- Availability to work on-site in Rosebery, NSW, with flexibility during peak trading periods.
