RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

- Processing payroll for a large and complex workforce
- Managing new starters, terminations, allowances, leave and pay variations
- Reviewing and validating timesheets and payroll data




- Interpreting Enterprise Agreements, awards and payroll legislation
- Responding to employee queries and resolving payroll discrepancies
- Supporting process improvements and ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

- Previous payroll experience within a large, complex organisation
- Solid understanding of payroll legislation, awards and Enterprise Agreements
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume payroll
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet strict payroll deadlines
- Experience with ADP, SAP SuccessFactors and strong Excel skills highly regarded
