Join La Perle at Sydney’s Iconic QVB La Perle is a specialist pearl jewellery house with four boutiques across Australia and New Zealand — Auckland, Queenstown, our Sydney flagship at the Queen Victoria Building, and Melbourne.

We are looking for a passionate and qualified Pearl Jewellery Sales Professional to join our Sydney QVB team.

Your Role

- Deliver exceptional, personalised service and create memorable experiences for every customer
- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their individual needs and preferences
- Educate clients on South Sea, Tahitian, Akoya and other fine pearls, helping them find the perfect piece
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and luxury service
- Contribute to visual merchandising and the overall boutique atmosphere
- Work collaboratively with the team and continuously develop your product and pearl knowledge

We’re Looking For

- Genuine passion for luxury jewellery and pearls
- Previous experience in fine jewellery or high-end retail sales is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional manner




- Strong sales drive and a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Reliability, initiative and a strong commitment to representing a luxury brand
- A willingness to learn and develop specialist knowledge in pearls and fine jewellery
- Mandarin and/or other language skills are advantageous

- Competitive base salary of $72,000 – $85,000 per annum + attractive commission + superannuation
