Join ADA NSW as a Peer Advisor and play a pivotal role in supporting fellow practitioners across regulatory, clinical, and professional challenges.

? Part-time: 2 days per week

? Location: St Leonards 2065 (close to transport, parking available)

Why this role matters

You’ll be a trusted advisor to dentists—guiding them through complex issues such as compliance, complaints, patient management, and skilled standards. Your expertise will directly strengthen the profession and help ensure high-quality care for the community.

What you’ll do

- Provide expert, timely advice to members
- Support members responding to regulators
- Research and analyse issues impacting dentists
- Write articles and deliver presentations




- Join a high-performing, passionate, supportive and cohesive team

What you bring

- Registered dentist with 10+ years’ experience
- Ability to practice active listening
- Critical and analytical thinking skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Sound understanding of dental regulations (or willingness to deepen it)
- High attention to detail and a passion for professionalism
