About us

Joint Venture Allied Health Clinic is a multidisciplinary allied health practice that has recently moved into a brand new clinic within the Joyner Central Shopping Centre precinct on Brisbane’s north side. The precinct is being developed as a one stop shop for health and wellness, bringing allied health, fitness and everyday services together in one location. Our active partnership with Jetts sits at the centre of this, with more local health and wellness partnerships coming on board as the precinct grows.

Our team covers physiotherapy, women’s health physiotherapy, podiatry, psychology, clinical neuropsychology, paediatrics, exercise physiology, hydrotherapy, pilates and remedial massage, alongside group classes and home, mobile and remote visits. We also offer podiatry at our additional location in Strathpine Super Clinic.

We provide services through Medicare, DVA, NDIS, Home Care Packages, WorkCover and CTP, with private health rebates available on site through HICAPS. Patients are cared for by a coordinated team with established referral pathways between disciplines and close partnerships with GPs and allied health colleagues across the Moreton Bay region.

The role

We’re seeking a Physiotherapist with at least 12 months of private practice experience to join our team in Joyner. Full-time and part-time options are available, with no nights and no weekends. You’ll step into a busy, varied caseload and help shape the growth of our new clinic.

Day to day,



you’ll work alongside physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, podiatrists, psychologists, remedial massage therapists and allied health assistants. With Jetts as an active partner, patients can move easily between treatment, exercise and the other services they need in one place.

Your caseload will include

- Musculoskeletal conditions
- WorkCover and compensable clients
- NDIS and Home Care Package participants
- DVA and private clients
- Functional rehabilitation and pre and post-surgical presentations
- Persistent pain presentations
- Hydrotherapy (optional), pilates and exercise-based rehabilitation
- Clinic-based and community clients, including home visits

All clinicians work across a varied caseload, and we actively support you to develop a specialty area. Paediatrics, neurological and musculoskeletal focus areas are all open to explore.

What we offer

- Base salary of $110,000 to $125,000 + superannuation
- $1,200 annual CPD allowance
- No weekends and no late-night rosters
- 45-minute initial consultations and paid paperwork time every day
- On-site admin support for DVA, NDIS, WorkCover, Medicare and other claims
- Work vehicles for home and community visits

Who we’re looking for

- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- A minimum of 12 months of clinical physiotherapy experience, ideally in private practice
- Solid communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Confidence managing clients independently, and comfort asking for support when needed
- Enjoyment of working within a multidisciplinary team
- Motivation to keep learning and developing professionally
- Current driver’s licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one
