Workfast is seeking experienced Pipe Layer and Concreter Labourers for ongoing projects across Central Queensland. We have multiple vacancies for hardworking individuals experienced in civil pipe installation, drainage, and concrete works.

- $39 - $45 per hour + penalties

Join a motivated and supportive team working across major civil and infrastructure projects, ensuring safe and efficient daily operations. What We're Looking For

- Minimum 12 months' experience in civil construction, pipe laying, or concreting
- Demonstrated experience assisting with pipe installation (stormwater, sewer, water mains) or concrete pouring/finishing
- Current White Card (Construction Induction)
- Relevant tickets (e.g., Confined Space, Working at Heights, or plant tickets) are highly regarded
- Strong safety focus and physically fit for heavy manual labour
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation, installation, alignment, and sealing of civil pipes and drainage systems
- Perform concrete pouring, screeding, finishing, and assist with basic formwork




- Execute trench preparation, backfilling, and operation of compaction equipment
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, ensuring materials and equipment are organized
- Follow all site safety, environmental, and operational procedures
