We're Francesca's Pizza + Sandos. Neapolitan and Sicilian pizza, and fresh focaccia sandos. Stores at Brighton, Glenelg and Christies Beach, plus catering at Adelaide Oval and festivals across Adelaide. Christies Beach is our container kitchen at 13 Beach Road.

We need a full time pizza maker at Christies Beach.

You'll hand stretch every base and run a wood oven on a busy night. Sando experience is a bonus. The rest is on you: turning up, caring about the food, and being someone the team wants on shift. A year in a commercial kitchen is ideal. Been stretching dough at home and want to do it properly? Apply anyway. We'll train the right person.

WHAT YOU GET

- Full time, lunch and dinner shifts across 7 days
- $29.91 an hour base. Saturdays $37.39, Sundays $44.87. Paid weekly, super on top




- A brand new kitchen and recent gear from day one
- Real progression. We run Shift Supervisor, Assistant Manager and Manager programs
- Work across the container, the stores, Adelaide Oval and festivals if you want the variety

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

- Pizza experience, ideally a year in a commercial kitchen
- Hand stretching and wood oven experience, or keen to learn it
- Available across the week, weekends included
- You get on with people. This is a small container and a tight team
