About the role

IMMEDIATE START - Based from our warehouse in North Lakes, you will service and maintain residential and commercial pools throughout North Brisbane.

Key responsibilities

- Pool servicing and water testing
- Chemical balancing and treatment
- Equipment inspections and troubleshooting
- Pump, filter, chlorinator and automation maintenance
- Basic equipment repairs and fault finding
- Maintaining service records and reports
- Delivering exceptional customer service

About you

- Previous experience as a Pool Technician (essential)
- Strong knowledge of pool chemistry and pool equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- A current Australian Driver's Licence (Manual)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work independently and manage your daily schedule
- A positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Experience with equipment installations and repairs (highly regarded)
- Pool industry qualifications or certifications (highly regarded)
- Experience servicing both residential and commercial pools (highly regarded)
