Ready to turn your practical skills into a long-term career?

Do you enjoy working outdoors, getting hands-on, solving problems and seeing the results of a hard day's work?

Perhaps you've worked in construction, landscaping, a trade, grounds maintenance or another labour-intensive role. You're physically capable, reliable and practical, but you're looking for something more — a specialised skill set, a stable career path and the opportunity to grow.

This could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

Ideal Pools is a well-established, specialist pool services business with a strong reputation in the Adelaide market and a loyal, growing customer base. We're looking for a motivated individual who wants to learn the industry properly, develop their technical expertise and become a valued member of a business that takes pride in its work.

You don't need to be an experienced pool technician to succeed. What matters most is your attitude, work ethic, willingness to learn and desire to build something worthwhile.

Why build your career with Ideal Pools?

- Learn directly from an experienced industry specialist.

Work alongside an expert who can share their knowledge, teach you the technical side of the industry and help you develop the confidence to work independently.
- Build skills that set you apart.

Develop practical expertise in pool maintenance, water chemistry, filtration systems, equipment servicing and troubleshooting — specialised skills you can build on throughout your career.
- Join an established and trusted Adelaide business.

Become part of a reputable operation with an existing customer base, an established market presence and continued demand for quality pool services.
- Enjoy an active, outdoor working setting.

Every day brings different pools, locations, equipment and challenges. This is a hands-on role for someone who prefers being out in the field rather than sitting behind a desk.
- Grow beyond the tools.

For someone with initiative and ambition, there is the prospect to develop broader business skills, customer relationship management, problem-solving and leadership capability as your experience grows.
- Work with variety and potential lifestyle flexibility.

Enjoy a role that combines practical work, customer interaction and technical learning, with the option of a four-day working week. As your knowledge and confidence grow, you'll take on more responsibility and develop the ability to manage jobs and customer requirements with increasing independence.

Previous pool industry experience is an advantage, but it's not essential. The right attitude, commitment and willingness to learn are more important.

This is more than just another labouring job!

If you're looking for a position where you can simply turn up, do the minimum and go home, this probably isn't for you.

But if you're someone who wants to develop valuable technical skills, learn from an experienced specialist, earn while you learn and progressively take greater ownership of your work, we'd love to hear from you.

At Ideal Pools, you'll have the opportunity to build your knowledge, establish yourself in a recognised local business and develop skills that can open doors to greater responsibility over time.

Your next career move doesn't have to be another job. It can be the start of a trade and a future you're proud of.
