What we're looking for Clements Medical Charters Towers Practice is seeking a Full Time or Part Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our busy practice. In this role, you will be an integral part of our primary healthcare team, providing high quality nursing care and support to our patients.

What you'll be doing





- Delivering a range of clinical services to patients, including administering injections, dressing wounds, and conducting health assessments
- Coordinating and assisting with chronic disease management programs
- Providing health education and advice to patients
- Maintaining accurate patient records and data entry
- Collaborating with the multi disciplinary medical team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and well stocked clinical environment

What we're looking for

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Experience working as a Practice Nurse or in a similar primary healthcare setting
- Strong clinical skills and expertise in delivering a range of nursing services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and the medical team
- Proficiency in using medical software and technology
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
