The Opportunity

As a Principal Structural Engineer, you will drive engineering excellence by fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. You’ll provide technical leadership across complex projects, guiding engineers and solving both technical and non-technical challenges. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you will ensure high-quality delivery of structural solutions in line with Australian Standards, on time and within budget, while building strong, lasting qualified relationships.

Requirements

- Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Structural),



Chartered Status with Engineer’s Australia (Desirable)
- Coordinate resources across projects and support lead engineers in the delegation of tasks and duties to other team members.
- Review designs submitted by leaders and provided design guides and technical expertise if applicable.
- Utilising broad market network identify business opportunities in the greater marketplace and develop winning strategies and proposals to win work.
