What you'll need to succeed

- Degree qualification in Civil/Structural Engineering
- RPEQ (or eligibility to obtain)
- Extensive experience in high-rise residential and commercial buildings




- Strong technical design and project delivery skills
- Proven ability to manage clients and lead project teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
