What You’ll Be Doing

- Developing and commercialising innovative, cost-effective products across Yates' home garden categories
- Planning and conducting laboratory, greenhouse and external product trials
- Preparing development briefs and evaluating product performance and cost implications
- Designing application trials that support product registration and marketing claims
- Working with cross-functional teams to successfully commercialise new products..
- Preparing technical documentation, including technical packs, safety data and product information

What We’re Looking for

- A tertiary qualification in Horticulture or a related discipline and experience in research and development
- Experience designing and conducting product or application trials
- Strong analytical, data interpretation and problem-solving skills
- The ability to translate technical information into clear, consumer-friendly content
- Excellent planning, organisation and project-management capabilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder-influencing skills
- A current driver’s licence
