Role Description The Production Coordinator is a contract role based on-site in Sydney, NSW, supporting day-to-day production operations for Bright OS. This role coordinates production schedules, tracks deliverables, and ensures workflows run smoothly across internal teams and external partners.

The Production

Coordinator organizes resources, prepares production documentation, and monitors progress against timelines and quality standards. They communicate regularly with stakeholders to resolve issues, align priorities, and maintain clear visibility on status.



This position plays a key role in keeping projects on track and enabling the team to deliver high-quality health platform experiences efficiently.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in Production Planning and Production Management to coordinate schedules, resources, and workflows.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including tracking tasks, managing timelines, and supporting cross-functional teams.
- Excellent Organization Skills to handle multiple priorities, maintain documentation, and ensure attention to detail.
- Previous experience in digital product, media, or tech production environments is highly beneficial.
- Comfort using productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., project management platforms, shared documentation, scheduling tools).
- Ability to work on-site in Sydney, NSW and collaborate effectively in a quick-paced, evolving environment.
- Relevant education or training in production, project management, operations, or a related field is an advantage.
