About the role

This is a hands-on production role covering the full process, from batch manufacture through to filling, packing and cleaning. You will work closely with the Production Manager and the QA, QC and warehouse teams. Together you will make sure every batch is made safely, accurately and to approved procedures.

Key responsibilities

- Manufacture, fill, pack and label products to batch records and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Operate mixing, filling and packing equipment
- Complete batch documentation accurately and at the time of each task
- Carry out cleaning, line clearance and changeovers
- Check raw materials, components, labels and finished goods
- Identify and help solve equipment, process and quality issues, and report them promptly
- Keep production areas clean, safe and organised
- Contribute ideas to improve how we work

About you

- Previous production experience in a GMP or other regulated environment, such as pharmaceutical, complementary medicines, cosmetics, food or healthcare




- Working knowledge of batch records, SOPs, line clearance and cleaning requirements
- Practical problem-solving skills and the confidence to use your initiative
- Accurate, neat paperwork
- Reliability, punctuality and discipline with procedures
- Full Australian working rights
- Experience with cream, ointment or liquid manufacturing (desirable)
- Experience operating filling or packing machinery (desirable)
- Forklift licence (desirable)
