Program Manager – Finance Transformation

Our client is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a significant Finance Transformation, overseeing a major workstream across SAP, finance processes, data and operating model change.

Working closely with senior Finance, Technology and business stakeholders, you will drive program delivery, manage interdependencies and ensure strategic objectives translate into measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end program delivery, including planning, governance, milestones and dependencies.
- Oversee SAP-enabled finance transformation across systems, processes and operating models.
- Manage program budgets, risks, issues and benefits realisation.
- Drive alignment across project managers, workstream leads and senior stakeholders.
- Provide executive reporting, resolve delivery challenges and maintain program momentum.
- Ensure business readiness and change activities are integrated into delivery.

About you




- Proven experience leading complex Finance Transformation programs.
- Ideally, strong experience in SAP / Oracle or Workday enabled finance transformations.
- Experience with Chart of Accounts redesign, finance process harmonisation and standardisation.
- Understanding of core finance processes, including record-to-report, procure-to-pay or order-to-cash.
- Robust governance, financial management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Commercially astute, with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive accountability.
