About the role

This role sits within the Project team at Performance Tiling with expectations of high levels of integrity, honesty, trust and self-motivation. The team assist to ensure the smooth running of projects. We care about the work we do and the team around us.

We are looking for someone to join the team as our Project Assistant for 25 hours per week.

Key responsibilities include

- Support current project onboarding.

- Ensure ongoing compliance and documentation.

- Ensure subcontractor agreements and work orders are completed.

- Coordinate sub-contractor claims.

- Provide support to resource scheduling, project inductions and travel requirements.

- Support team coordination and training.

This is a role which requires high attention to detail and may require site attendance.

About you

- At least 1 years' experience in a similar role

- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and time management

- Action oriented and takes accountability to achieve results within agreed timeframes

- Builds and maintains sustainable internal and external relationships

- Effective communication (verbal & written) and active listening skills

- Ability to problem solve
