Project Coordinator

6 Month contract

Brisbane, QLD

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support a suite of critical technology initiatives, spanning operational technology upgrades, data transformation, and artificial intelligence implementation. Working alongside an experienced Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving project governance, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and ensuring seamless financial and administrative operations across the project lifecycle.

What You Will Do:

- Create and maintain comprehensive program and project documentation, gating artifacts, and milestone reports in alignment with delivery frameworks.
- Maintain project schedules, cross-dependencies, and resource allocations in close collaboration with the Program Manager.
- Manage financial administrative activities in SAP, including purchase requisitions, invoice processing, and monthly accruals.
- Coordinate board meetings, prepare committee papers, capture meeting minutes, and track governance action items.
- Support staff onboarding, stakeholder management, and project change/communication activities.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

- Demonstrated experience in project coordination across Waterfall, Agile, Scrum,



or PMBOK methodologies.
- Practical experience using SAP (or ability to rapidly learn) alongside strong digital project management tools.
- Proven ability to manage project documentation, governance frameworks, and administrative processes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong cooperative mindset with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
