With an established presence in Melbourne and a growing portfolio of major projects across the data centre, pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, they are seeking Mechanical and Electrical Project Engineers to join their expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside highly experienced engineering professionals on technically challenging, mission-critical projects.

About the Role

We are seeking Project Engineers from either Mechanical or Electrical backgrounds, with a minimum of 2 years' experience and exposure to the design or delivery of technically complex projects.

Ideally, candidates will have experience within the data centre sector, although those with relevant experience across pharmaceutical facilities or complex healthcare developments will also be considered.

Key responsibilities include

- Support the design, engineering coordination and delivery of Mechanical or Electrical packages across major projects.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, consultants, clients and contractors.
- Review technical drawings, specifications and engineering documentation.
- Coordinate design activities and resolve technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist with project planning, programme management, technical reporting and stakeholder coordination.
- Ensure engineering solutions meet project specifications,



relevant standards and client requirements.
- Support procurement, construction coordination, commissioning and handover activities where applicable.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years' experience in Mechanical or Electrical engineering, ideally within a consultancy or complex project delivery environment.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in the design or delivery of data centre projects is highly desirable.
- Experience across pharmaceutical or complex healthcare projects will also be considered.
- Strong technical understanding of Mechanical or Electrical building services and associated engineering systems.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
- Robust communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage competing priorities across complex projects.
