About the role:

Reporting to the Senior Construction Manager, as Project Manager you will lead land development projects from conception to completion across residential and commercial subdivisions with BildGroup Urban in Melbourne. You will own delivery, budget and safety outcomes, lead the project team and mentor engineers.

What you will be doing:

- Manage projects from early design and planning through to construction and handover.
- Appoint and manage consultants, contractors and suppliers, and coordinate design development and construction documentation.
- Manage budgets, programs,



procurement and risk, tracking profitability and reporting costs monthly.
- Meet and exceed contract obligations, keeping clients, community and external partners informed with clear, open communication.
- Lead the project team and a strong safety and quality culture on site.

What you will bring:

- Qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer delivering major residential or commercial construction projects.
- Proven experience managing large project teams and major subcontract packages.
- Ability to deliver projects from inception through to completion, understanding construction principles, methods, and safety regulations.
- Commercial judgement, analytical thinking and the ability to manage competing priorities to deadlines.
- Excellent stakeholder management, internal and external with a solid ability to collaborate effectively with project teams.
