Project Specialist

Source: uWorkin Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in MS Project Coordinate with project leads, cost teams, and estimators to ensure schedule accuracy Prepare and distribute regular project reports, tracking progress and key metrics Monitor compliance with project processes and provide feedback to delivery teams Support cost tracking and reporting across multiple work streams, In order to be considered for the position you will have: Experience in mining or heavy industry (e.g. mining, oil & gas, water, engineering) Strong capability in MS Project for developing and maintaining detailed schedules Proven experience in cost tracking, reporting, and analysing project performance Confident coordinating with cross-functional teams including project, cost, and estimating stakeholders Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and produce clear, accurate reports
