The Role:

- Manage a residential portfolio end to end, building strong landlord and tenant relationships
- Coordinate maintenance, routine inspections and follow-up
- Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears
- Prepare for QCAT where required and maintain tenancy compliance




- Work closely with leasing and administration support to deliver exceptional service

The Candidate:

- Previous Property Management experience and current QLD Registration Certificate or Licence
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication, organisation and customer service skills
- Proactive, well presented and keen to grow your career
- PropertyMe experience advantageous
