Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Supervisor will oversee all quality assurance processes related to drilling, pile installation, mechanical installation and module installation for BAM BAM on our projects across Australia and New Zealand.

- Main duties and responsibilities Ensure quality standards are being followed across all disciplines in line with system tolerances, client specifications and regulatory requirements

- Lead a team of up to 10 people, including field quality inspectors and remediation crew
- Coordinate quality checks on all works, create punchlists and organise remediation works and ensure all required documentation is in place
- Work closely with site management to ensure timely handover of work areas
- Assist setting up and maintaining surveying equipment such as base, rover, total station
- Oversee GPS systems in pilling rigs (create design data files, ensure connectivity and accuracy, communicate errors to the manufacturer, etc.)





- Review maps, drawings and designs provided by the client to ensure suitability for pile installation

Experience/ Qualifications

Essential

- 2 years' experience in quality assurance within the construction industry
- Experience with piling and mechanical installation works on solar farms

- Basic understanding about surveying
- Proficient at using Excel
- Full drivers license

Desirable

- Civil / Geotechnical / Mechanical Engineering degree
