Role Description The React Application Designer is responsible for designing and building user-focused React applications that are scalable, maintainable, and performant. In this full-time remote role, the designer will translate product requirements and UX concepts into reusable components, implement responsive interfaces, and ensure seamless integration with back-end services and APIs.

Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with product managers, designers, and developers; refining application architecture; optimizing code; and maintaining documentation for implemented features. The role also involves troubleshooting issues,



improving existing functionality, and participating in code reviews to uphold quality and accessibility standards.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Software Development and Programming, preferably with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Experience with Databases and Integration, including working with APIs, data models, and connecting front-end applications to back-end services.
- Ability to contribute to Project Management activities, such as task estimation, sprint planning, and collaboration in agile environments.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility best practices for web applications.
- Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git), testing practices, and performance optimization techniques.
- Effective communication skills, ability to work independently in a remote setting, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
